We encourage you to thoroughly review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will be applicable to any order you place with us.

## WHAT SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

### In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup options are available for all customers. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Pickup hours are during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

### Free Shipping

We provide free Standard shipping on orders totaling $75 or more.

### Shipping Fees

We also offer shipping at the following rates:

(1) -Shipper based rates apply by address

(2) -Free local delivery for orders of $20 or more (with-in an 8-mile radius) of our Nashville NC pickup location.

(3) -Free customer pickup at our Nashville NC location.


If you select a shipping method, we will follow up with any additional shipping details after your order is placed.

All delivery times and dates provided for the products are given in good faith but are only estimates.

Once your order is packaged, we will send you tracking information via email. If you opt for local delivery (within the free delivery radius), we will notify you upon delivery. If you choose the local pickup option, we will email you when your order is ready for collection.

## DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

We currently do not provide international shipping services.

## WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If there is a delay in delivery for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date.
